What would cause a computer game to crash to a black screen after five minutes?

    hes rite, check any updates, check your power supply is working properly and not undersupplying any graphics card you have, check nothing has clogged the fans on the cpu or gpu,

    is it just the one game, if so uninstall and reinstall the game and then defreag and try playing again first on lower settings,

    check for new patches and updates for the game.
