after i wash i use neutrogena on the spot. it gets rid of my zits in like 2 days.. well i use it at night but it works woooonderrrrs and it just feels like watery lotion too it doesnt sting or anything
Your problem doesn’t look bad at all. You have to use some inner treatment, if you don’t like oily skin.
I stick with vitamins from Zenmed and they work great. I had some acne around my mouth and chest and they all disappeared and I didn’t even used any creams or oils because as well as you I don’t like oily skin.
Zinc – i gave my teenager son a zinc mineral tablet and within a week i saw a difference – zinc is good for skin. Look at having a multi vitamin and mineral if you can.
CLEANSE twice a day – use and exfliator once a week – you get some face cleansers that have a gentle exfoliator in them. Moisturise – get a non oily moisturiser. Do a face mask once a month or two weekly, this helps smooth the face.
DIET Stay away from greasy and processed food. Eat more natural and organic as you can.
LIQUIDS Your fluid intake is very essential in keeping your body free from toxins and free radicals. You should drink enough water ie try 6 – 8 glasses per day to clear your system. Reduce your caffeine drinks and fizzy drinks.
A lot people treat acne in an ineffective way. Most creams and ointments and acne cleansers out there forget one thing. Acne is not just a facial problem. Acne is also caused by hormonal imbalances and toxins in the body.
What you need is a product that attacks acne from the root cause or else using just creams and ointments will only get rid of it temporarily.
You need to detoxify your system by using colon cleansers or any good detox product. If you have dirty blood, this does not help with curing acne.
But you should also do the basic preventive measures like washing your face and neck regularly, avoiding oil base products and generally keeping your skin clean.
But if you want a really good acne treatment that actually works, I’ll personally recommend you try the products they have at http://www.fast-acne-treatment.info and http://www.treatacnefree.info. With the second site, you get a free trial so no cost for you to try them out. But I personally always recommends the first site. Hope this helps you somehow.
Neutragena dried out my skin so badly. My friend recommeded a deep cleaser and a masque from a company called skintelligence. I’ve been using it for a month and my skin cleared up.
I tried all products and none of em worked, its best to just take a nice long hot bath!

You had better go see a physician about that nose;)

The deep cleanser I use twice a day. It really clears out the dirt in my pores.

The masque I use 3 times a week, This is what helped me get rid of my white heads, and it helped with my pores.
