My computer has over 90 processes running in the background. How do I determine which are necessary?

Most of the time you can just “end process” software’s that end on .exe
Look in description tab it tells you what this process all about.

Trial and error in the Startup folder.

That way you’ll also learn ‘what does what’.

If you goof real bad, you can always boot up in safe mode and undo. ;-)

You can go to task manager (right click your task bar, or Ctrl+Alt+Delete) click on the tab called processes and then chose to view all. Search up on google or other sites for what the processes are. If they are not necessary you can end them.

    Edit:
If you have a ton of icons and programs that have to load up when you reboot your computer it slows it down incredibly. Try remooving unesisary icons. For the programs you will have to turn them off manually. If your on windows
Click start –> All programs –> window defender
    Click tools –> Software explorer
Then select startup programs under category.
You will be given a list of information, you can chose to end them if you don’t want them.
