try pulling the battery out while the phone is on. disconnect your blackberry cable.
and then put your battery back in. after it boots up, connect the cable and see if it works
if it doesn’t work, do this.
Click Start
Click Control Panel
Click Hardware and Sound
Click Device Manager
now a box popped up.
there is a menu up top, you want to find the one that says “detect new hardware” and click it
if that doesn’t work, you will have to download the Blackberry Desktop Manager
