Please get the book Breaking Out by Lydia Preston. It will tell you everything you need to know about acne and the treatments available, both OTC and on prescription. Scrubs should never be used on acne, although exfoliation can help. Read the book to learn once and for all what ingredients and formulations work and which do not. The book is cheap and could save you a fortune on wasted skincare products. Even if you do see a doctor and a dermatologist it is worth having a good understanding of the treatments they are prescribing and how they work.

You should go see a doctor and get a medication or you just wait until the acne goes away because all pimples will soon go away.

    1. Drink PLENTY of water daily.
    2. Make sure you get atleast 8 hours of sleep.
    3. Stop using all those stupid scrubs and stuff.
    4. Improve your diet: More fruit and vegetables.
    5. Once/Twice a week steam your face. It gets rid of all of my spots and right now my skin feels amazing! Take a bowl of boiling water and put your face over it to allow the steam to cleanse your skin, wrap a towel around the bowl to prevent steam from escaping. Be careful though, stay a safe distance away from the bowl. Or the easier/safer option would be to buy a steamer.

Your skin will be healthy and youthful in no time. (:

Before you go to bed, remove all your make up with makeup remover. Make sure that the make up remover says, doesnt clog pores, cause that would make it worse. Wash your face in the morning and before bed. (:

This is a really good answer, also do these(:
    1. Drink PLENTY of water daily.
    2. Make sure you get atleast 8 hours of sleep.
    3. Stop using all those stupid scrubs and stuff.
    4. Improve your diet: More fruit and vegetables.

but just watch the make up remover stuff you use.

here are a lot of sites on internet that claim to provide complete info or sell products to treat acne within days, but I think none of them really work.
A good skin care regimen is the basic point to keep your skin acne free, but most of us do not know the requirements according to our skin type and this makes our skin even worst,
Go for a good skin care regimen that includes cleansing, moisturizing along with exfoliation and help ur acne heal quickly.
You can get a good guide on acne skin care regimen at

    good luck!

I bought this stuff on ebay, it works great on acne. It’s medical grade salicylic acid, I bought it from maggme100 and it’s like 10 bucks, It’s the only thing that has ever worked for me and it works fast! Good luck!

When dealing with acne, it is important to realize that there is no hidden secret to curing this skin problem. Arm yourself with the right information, and you will find a viable solution to it. It is in this respect that Mr X Acne really shines.

For one, the program is created by a former acne patient, not some doctor who has never had a sore pop out on his face. Hence, in the author, you will find a sympathetic listener who will understand what you are going through. The remedies given in this book are quite straightforward and easy to implement, and will require very little investment (in terms of time as well as money).

Mr X Acne also has a very strong diet component that will tell you everything about the kinds of food you should eat, and the ones you should not touch with a 10 foot pole. This eBook also includes a daily skin care regimen that is very effective over the long term, and will leave you with healthy, radiant skin for years.

I completely empathise having been in the same situation- it’s something that hugely affected my self confidence and had knock-on effects in a lot of my life.
I think the answer is not a simple one and it’s going to take a lot of effort form your part. Having tried just about every crazy thing youcan put on your skin I have to say that nothing works as well as improving your overall health. The skin, at least in my case, acts like an indicator if my body is not in balance. If I ever feel a pimple coming along these days then it means that I need to smarten up my act in terms of how I’m looking after myself. This is the solution that has left me acne-free for years.
For the detials on how to do this look at this long article.
BTW This is NOT a link to some cheesy site trying to sell affiliate “miracle” products, it’s just too much text to include it all :-)
